I got the same from John awhile back and it's being rescaled. John's service is 100% genuine and reputable. Sleep well knowing that you have the real deal on your hands.

I have the same one but not the nice scales like you have. I have been told that some of the Friodur out there are restamps but that they are still very good shavers. I love mine it is one of my favorite razors. The sad part is that I can not shave with it right now as Lynn has it making it sharp again can not wait to get it back.
