    Default stropping technique

I just realized i may be using my heirloom latigo strop incorrectly. Do i finish with the leather or with the cloth. forgot what this cloth is called (muslim)? I have been using the leather first and then the muslim or canvas, or whatever the cloth is. I think i may be doing it backwards. doooh !

    Yup, that's backwards.

    Cloth first, leather second.

It's usually muslin or linen. Muslim is something entirely different.
