Thread: First shave

Did you strop before your first shave? I am only on my second shave... so this may not be all that helpful, but i found that stropping made the shave much smoother. My first was awkward, but acceptable and like yours I felt there was a bit more 'tug' then expected. My Razor was honed by SRD so I know that's good
After looking around the forums I came to the conclusion that I should strop and it seems to have worked wonders! Hope this help
