I've had good luck with cleaning goldwash using the Honda motorcycle spray polish. Since goldwash wears away quickly even from just handling the razor during a shave, gentle action w/ a soft cloth is best. It won't remove any corrosion that's already started, but does seem to safely clean the area.
When I clean up an old blade with no goldwash, I'll use a well worn 3m scotch brite pad (well worn as in most of the abrasive quality has been greatly reduced) wetted w/ the spray polish, and this cleans up alot of gunk, corrosion, etc.
BTW, your razor looks very nice. I'm a bit of a fan of the Wacker blades.
