They're 'clean' cuts so the scars usually tend to heal/fade away better then those from the typical scrape or 'tear'. Can still take time though and won't always be a 100% 'disappearance'.
If you want to significantly improve the time and odds, aside from the vitamin E and creams already mentioned, might be worth giving pure shea butter a try. Supposed to be pretty amazing stuff when it comes to helping or getting rid of dry skin, eczema, stretch marks, and scars.John
