I haven't been a regular of there in some time. I much prefer SRP and The Shave Den. I'm one of those here who is into DE's and straights and the only problem is regretting that I have but one face to shave!

Have you checked your spam folder? You may even have to go online to your email providers webmail (if they have one) to see if there is a junk/spam folder which the activation email has been tossed into.
Having been banned from there when they had a mass clear out of members of a British forum (although I subsequently had an apology from Joel) I don't use the place, but I appreciate that in life its often necessary to make ones own mistakes.Regards
Nic

I tried to join so many times, but I keep getting messages to the effect of, "Sorry, your ip address is banned" and "You want it you got it Toyoto [sic]"
Find me on SRP's official chat in ##srp on Freenode. Link is at top of SRP's homepage

If you want help with your registration you should contact whoever the powers are there by whatever means they like to be contacted.
Once their members become promoted to moderators they seem to lose the desire to contribute to this forum, and most of our staff is banned on theirs, so there is very little chance that you'll be getting help here.
And it doesn't matter much which forums you guys like or don't like, we're here to talk about shaving not about other forums.

Thanked: 3Thanks for the replies. I didn't mean to start any debate regarding the relative merits of one forum versus another. Just seeing if anyone was having the same problem as me and suggestions for how to correct it. So far, I have really enjoyed this site/forum.
Take care.
