Lynn & SRD are awesome!!!
so i just needed to comment about the interaction i just had with Lynn concerning somethings with SRD. I got a gift certificate and was having trouble using it online and called SRD and it forwarded to Lynn! I asked him my question about the gift certificate and since he was unsure gave me Don's phone number to contact him about the situation. Since i had him on the phone i figured i would chat with him a bit about the honing question i had PM'd him a few days ago......i want to have 2 identical blades honed using different stones to see if i can a) even tell a difference and b) help decide what types of stones i want to purchase! Lynn was a GREAT help and had some great points that i wouldn't have thought about! When he said he was in MO i asked how close he was to Table Rock Lake, SWMBO's parents own a resort on the lake so we head down there a couple times a year and Lynn was nice/AWESOME enough to say next time i was in the area to contact him and i was more than welcome to come pick his brain! I mean WOW! He ended by saying if i had any more questions to contact him any time and he would be glad to help. Not only is this a testament to Lynn but it is obvious it carry's over into SRD and as much as you hear ppl say "Oh this or that person/business is always there to help" i am always a bit sceptic but i was BLOWN away at how awesome it was! and will for SURE be taking him up on is more than generous offer! THANKS LYNN & SRD!!!!

Thanked: 2I would like to second the original posters comments about srd. Although I didn't talk with Lynn, I was overly impressed with their service. I'm new to straight shaving and I purchased A setup from srd over a week ago. My order was at my door 24 hours after I ordered it. I was so excited to get started and to receive my razor and gear that quick was great. I would really encourage any new members who are getting into shaving to deal with srd.

Just a quick thank you to Don, from the classic edge. You are a great guy and helped me through my toughest time during the Holidays for products, helping out a competitor just shows your level of Class. I am not sure I got to thank you and thought this would be the best place to say how great you guys are. We are as green as they get and your help is priceless!
