    Default Razor Selection Help

Could someone do me a huge favor and look at the following razors and tell me whether they are "up to snuff"? I would certainly be indebted.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=003

    and

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=003

    and

I would really appreciate the help. I bought two razors off ebay and didn't pay much and got what I paid for. I decided after reading this forum that I most likely need help. I already have the styptic pencil and witch hazel ready (LOL) as well as my mug, soap and brush.

    Thanks,
    Curley

They look fine. Revisors, TI, and Dovo are all good to great razors. I bought my first razor from altima55 and was quite happy with it (still have it).

    Curley,

I have bought razor from both sellers. Both honest and reputible. I like the Blue revisor best.

Thank you both. I was sorta partial to the blue one as well. And the Dovo. I appreciate your input.

All 4 look good. Manyware is a well known seller out of Germany and he sells quality stuff. The 4/8s is a tad on the small side. Not really a problem a 4/8s will shave fine but if your one of those big razor guys just be aware of that.

I really don't understand the 4/8 etc. I had assumed it was a size rating but not sure what it means.

The only thing I'd add to what's already been posted is a suggestion to to post a question to Manyware to verify that the blue one is a 5/8 size. It looks like a 4/8 in the pics and there could be an error in the listing.

    DMS,
Thanks. I will ask to make sure of its size.

Thanks to everyone. You have been great.
