I would go with either the Classifieds on here, or one of the Vendors who frequent the forum. It's your best bet for getting an affordable AND quality razor.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Sounds like repute is important... Can anyone vouch for straight-razors-for-sale.com? They have a pretty attractive "budget straight razors" section, over there. I know you get what you pay for, and that's adorable, but I only have X dollars after I pay my rent, and cute sayings don't change that. :P

straight-razors-for-sale.com have cheap vintage razors (not fake). You can find good razor there, there can be some little flaws with scales or some pitting on the blade but it will not affect your shave, they all shave ready.

Personally I wouldn't buy a razor or a parachute sight unseen.
