Forget the HHT.
The ONLY test that count is the shave.
It is real easy. Does the shave feel good and get you smooth? Yes / No.

Oh this particular razor was a piece of shi+. And I had to strp it 6 or more times b4 id finish shaving on a 3 pass shave.

Funny (weird not funny ha ha) how we tend to forget just how sharp these things are now and again, and it's that split second of "la la la dum dee dum dum" it goes to hell in a hand basket lol! Did that with a steak knife once...just kinda set it on the counter while cooking; not paying full attention, when I see the handle tilt over and that slow motion "OH CRAAAAAP!" moment goes through your head; jerked my bare foot back and klang! Bloody thing stood straight up in the linoleum where my foot was.

Yeah when I was 12 my grandmother did pin her foot to the ground with a steak knife.

YOWSER! I have had more than a fair share of run-ins with sharp objects that didn't go my way; wonder if that's a sign????

Well it happened again. This time the bathroom door that doesnt have a locl was opened into me at the wrong time. Now I have to go to a specialist and im gonna loose this part of my thumb and my finger took 4 stiches. This one is not for the squeamish!

Dovo 5/8 full hollow ground did this. I've ran a screw into that door into the frame since ive neen.home from the hospital

That hurts!!! Might be time to put Pinkerton on that door, or move that strop mount point to a more secure location!
