Ah ok. How long have you been shaving with it now? Do you think you'll try honing once you get another? Where do you send it to?
I read that some people will meet locally and hone or teach/show someone how. I'd love to do that if someone lives around me.

I hope you learn from the mistakes of others about the faucet dinging, dorknight. You're name doesn't exactly instill confidence... You got a plan on maintenance (drying, mineral oil, etc.)?

Thanked: 1I'm fairly new to this hobbie my self but I have bought a few razors already. I sent one out to be honed by Lynn Abrams you can find his info all over this site. I have to tell you he did a great job with my razor he was quick to answer all of my emails and had it back to me in less then a week. I could not ask for anything else. He even polished the blade up while he had it.
