Thread: What happened to Matt?

He hasn't been online since late January. I know there were some difficulties, but I thought they were sorted out. Has anyone been in touch with him? Just making sure he's OK.

Yeah, I have not been able to contact him either. And I've made quite a few attempts.

I had commissioned a brush from him and already paid in part with a frameback razor I sent through the mail. So I hope he gets back to me at some point about that.

I'm sure he woudld not have disappeared without a good reason. I also have a commission but that part doesn't really matter. I just want to check he's ok. He's been a great contributor to the community and I hope it continues.

That was from over 2 months ago. We haven't heard from Matt since then. That's why I'm getting a bit concerned.

I suppose I could always look him up in the phone book and try to reach him that way. I know his name and address.

What really sucks is that when something like this happens, tragic as it is, some people may be able to turn it into a *positive* experience and learn to appreciate and enjoy life - and Matt seems to do this.

In that case I hope he went on a LONG vacation with the loving and supporting wife and will come back with tons of interesting stories

That's probably a good idea. It will show him that others care.

Okay, I just wrote Matt a concerned, inquisitive letter on behalf of all of us, asking for an update on his situation, if possible. It will be mailed in a few hours.
