I have one and it is a good brush but does it compare to my Thater ( NO) about the same $$

Gentlemen,
I used the Simpson Chubby 3 super this morning and loved everything about the brush, from the size to the lather. No, the tips are not as silky soft as those on the Thater two-band, but they are not scratchy enough to irritate my skin. I absolutely love this brush. Years ago, I had the Chubby 1, 2 or 3 in super, I don't recall which, and sold it. I scratch my head and wonder why I let it go. Thank you for your comments, gentlemen.
