Thanked: 3222I face lather and only have one horse hair brush for a reason. I like to use circular strokes to work up a lather and painting strokes to spread it. I like good back backbone and soft tips. The horse hair brush I have fails on two counts. If I try to use circular strokes to build a lather it is just too prickly and does not have the backbone I like. It works but I am stuck using painting strokes only. Probably a decent brush if you bowl lather imo.
Another brush to try is an Omega 10066 boar brush. They are different from the Semouge boar brushs.
