Default Can anyone ID the brand of this brush?

Found this brush for $5 and figured I could replace the knot later on. I'm just curious about the brand.

    Cheers

Is that the reminisce of a logo or just schmutz.

I'm looking, but no progress. Is the stamp a straight razor with the letter "F" ?

Yes, that's what it looks like. The store I got it from usually gets returns from Amazon but I scoured their selection.

Certainly the logo is a monogram for the owner. Unless there is a makers mark it just might be a custom brush.

Well this is interesting. Thanks for all of the replies! I used it yesterday and it does well enough. I believe it's a lower grade badger. Thanks again, all!
