That, I believe, is the most beautiful brush I have ever laid eyes upon. WOW! Great work!

That's an excellent brush. I guess I didn't get it the first time around. The thumb notch and showing the grip clears it up for me. I don't mix lather straight out like that though, but at a 45º angle. Are you planning any other ergonomic changes? How does it hang or stand or do you just lay it down?

    thanks x

It actually mixes perfectly for me because I hold my mug in my other hand while I lather up...and lathering on the face works really well too, just fits right and feels easier in the hand. I am always planning new ergonomic changes and have a few in the works... It hangs perfectly in the stand that I made for it (pics are coming tonight when I get back home)

As promised, here is a pic of the brush in a really basic stand...

Now, to be fair, this was really just made from scraps that I had (I didn't want them to go to waste) I'm actually building one especially for this brush that will be much better looking... but in the meantime

You are making some really nice brushes. Excellent craftmanship, beautiful wood. I bet they feel great in the hand.

yeah- beautiful! I bet it would look cool in one of these diagonal-style stands (wood of course):

Yup, the design is kind of this idea, but it's going to be one arcing piece of walnut... I'll post when I build it.
