Then again, I say, Nahhhhhh. They somehow came to an opinion that he abused the brush, without seeing it first. Oooops. That kinda gives them away.
Glad they are good razors, but my boycott is based on this example of contemptuous customer service.
Boycott holds.
Good luck if your razor ever falls apart. I can assure you I'll never have a Dovo fail on me.

Ok, I haven't been back here in a bit and I see that this thread has grown a wee bit. I'm not sure where to start. Classic Shaving did not accuse me of abusing the shaving brush, dovo did. Once the complaint reached the owner of the company (Classic Shaving) he contacted me personally by email and offered to make things right. I accepted his offer and he did what he said he would do. I can read some negative comments on Dovo razors. I have one and its a good shaver! But Classic does not make the razors, they are a retailer. They also sell other brands.
I would gather that Classic Shaving has probably learned a lesson here in customer service and it wouldn't surprise me that changes have been made in handing out the manufactures contact information, infact that exact thing was communitcated to me in the email. I will buy from Classic Shaving.com again.
Simply, there was a problem, they fixed it and I am satisfied with the outcome.
