Thanked: 0Soap section height in scuttles
Hello wet shaving friends,
Thanks for the enlightenment on "latte" and "hot pot".
Have some difficulty imagining using a hot pot directly to shave from, because the electric heating element is naked at the bottem of the pot. How do you do it?
What you call "latte" comes from "caffè latte" and "latte macchiato" for which big cups or glasses are required in contrast to espresso or ristretto with "tiny" cups (small is beautiful!).
Meanwhile have learned from the very polite customer service at classicshaving that the soap sections of scuttles are about 2.25 " (= 3 cm) high. So this is a no-no for me.
Greetings,
lux

I am looking at getting this electric hot pot as well for my bathroom - i love hot hot water - and my sink never gets hot enough.
To place a picture into a post use the bbcode tags [img] and [/img]
just enclose the link to the pic in those tags like so
ex: use the brackets above your enter key im using paranthesis so you can see

you can also click the insert Image button at the top of this window you use to reply in (its the yellow one that looks like a mountain?) and enter the http:// link to the pic there

Greetings mbuemi1577,
I picked up my electric kettle at Wal-Mart for $10. It's plastic but works great.

just ordered this one for 50.00 from amazon. It holds 3.7 quarts and boils water quick - I figured it would be good to throw some towels in there and steam my face that way - and use the water for a good hot lather
