Hi Guys, thanks for the advice.

On the off chance, I emailed the company (Men-U) to explain the situation, got a pleasant reply saying it was unusual and that some loss would be expected to start with but not after this time, it has been requested that I send my brush back to them and they are going to send me a replacement (A better replacement, in fact)

So, I'll see how that goes. Email sent at about 2 reply received at about half 3. Not bad.
