Vulfix brush meets uberlather
so i know that my brush is manufactured by vulfix but i can not figure out the mm on the spread and how to gage that. i dont know if this brush is better for cream or soap and was hoping to get some insight on that. also i was curious as to what the handle is. horn maybe? i went to their site and dont see any like mine. the picture i posted looks way bigger than it does in reality ( to me anyways) so i dont know how easy it would be to guess the size. so far as lather goes...... i watched jockeys video and also gssixguns post found here

so i went to b&bw to get glycerin and the bigelow cream a couple days ago. i was only able to find 100% vegetable glycerin. could not find any anhydrous glycerin. is that going to matter? also the main purpose in me posting a picture of my brush is while watching videos on youtube and here on srp..... i get scared for my brush. afraid that if i whip lather with as much force as i have seen that my brush will fall apart well before its time. my brush was a gift so i dont know anything about its quality and or ruggedness. any insight or advice would be appreciated. should i baby my brush? how long do brushes last if used daily and pressing hard enough to go down to the handle? is vegetable glycerin going to damage my brush and anyone know if my handle is horn? sorry to bombard with all the questions. i have searched wiki and other forums first. thanks in advance.
