I've been using mine for well over a year from virtual village. A great brush (especially for the money). A little shed the first two weeks but nothing more than a half dozen hairs. Recommended.

you may want to check this one out. i talked to josh who owns the company these are shipped from. he says he uses these daily and will guarantee them for one year from the date of purchase..
got mine today and seems to be a great brush. will update later if i have any problems
for some reason the link does not work. just go to amazon.com and put in badger shave brush with rosewood handle and it should come up

well it seems you get a lot more if you get a knot and a cheep brush
atleast if you look at the price of finished ones

    Thumbs up

I have been using one of these brushes for the past three months. There is the occasional shed or so, but it really is a terrific brush for the money. A real bargain. I do wish that it had more "backbone," (I am a soap user) but over all, I am still thrilled.

I've bought two of the larger ones that were listed at $30 from virtual village. I've been using them for a year and a half. One shed a little more than the other did at first, but I have been satisfied. The knots are dense and the hairs are soft. I call it the floppy brush - like the previous fellow said, mine do not have much backbone

    What exactly is real silvertip?

Take it for what it's worth
