Thanked: 0Thing is I am ordering from west coast shaving and those are the 3 brushes I came up with. I like to order all from the same place rather then 2,3,4 different places...
BTW is there a discount anywhere for WCS?

I don't know those brushes as far as their characteristics. Soft, stiff, floppy, dense ,.... there are variables and if you know what you like I would look for some reviews on them. If you don't yet know what you like in a brush than one is probably as good as another.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

The only Simpsons I own is a Polo 8, and I'm not sure how that would compare to the Colonel, but I imagine it's going to have pretty good backbone to it. I do have an Omega 6214 and two Vulfix 2235s, which are very similar to the ones you are looking at. The 6214 has good density and very soft hair which leans toward "floppy". The 2235 is less dense with "scratchier" hair and would best be described as a bit of a "mop". Now, don't take these descriptions as negatives, these are both excellent brushes that churn out awesome lather with creams, and also work very well with the softer glycerin soaps. I have not tried these with the harder triple-milled soaps, so I can't speak of their effectiveness (or lack of) in that area.
It really depends on what you use the most to make your lather. I'm a cream kind of guy, and I love the way that the "floppy" brushes build lather in short order, so you could really just toss a coin between the Omega and the Vulfix. I'm glad I was able afford both, but if I could only have one of those, it would probably be the Vulfix because I like the larger handle. If you are going to use soap a lot, then the Colonel might be your best bet. Honestly, I really don't think you can go wrong with any of those brushes, it just comes down to your own personal preferences.
Finding what works best for you is half the fun. Good luck!

I use a Vulfix super. I dont know if it is the same one you are looking at, but I do know the Vulfix company is known to make a floppy brush. I find mine to be just right and I am glad I purchased a smaller diameter brush because the hairs really flatten out and cover alot of area on my face when applying lather. I guess I don't have a big face lol. I've been using my brush for over a year and it has lost exactly one hair. The brush did stink for a while when it was new, but I think they (badger hair) all do.
As for the other brushes, well I haven't tried them so I can't say with any certainty.
