    Yeah I really like that fan style knot, makes it feel much larger than it is. Unfortunately, the Grade A and Super Silvertips are not much softer feeling than the regular Silvertip I have. Not sure if this is due to the source I purchased them from, or if these knots really just don't feel much different no matter where you get them. The Premium Silvertip on the other hand, is hands down my favorite yet.

    It's a great collection and the fact that you have one of your grandfathers is over the top spectacular. I have about five brushes but have really two that I favor most. My Simpsons Persian Jar x3 and my Noble Shaving silver tip. Those two see the most action. I also have a Frank Shaving that I find really nice. I really like a big brush. I like a very generous lather and probably use three times the soap/cream than the average guy. You've got a nice group there and I'd like to see the barber pole one when it's done.
