Mine in mixed horse and boar is among my top brushes.
I have a professional model, long hair, not tainted.
It makes indeed a very profuse lather very quickly.

What a nice brush this is. As with all natural haired brushes a thorough multiple washings is needed to get rid of the stink. As a performer its Aces...
Nice backbone good lather a nice addition to my stable of brushes (Pun intended)

Thats the model i was gonna get before i found this one! I just shaved with mine too. The smell of a new horse hair is part of the attraction! Mine smelled like sweet hay. I wish moma bear would make that a soap scent!
