Excellent story and superb Father's day gift. I'm sure he will cherish it forever! Your story sounds very familiar. My Dad gave me a black '65 mustang coop for my 15th. I replaced the transmission with him. We worked on cars together since I was 10. Your story brings back fond memories.

    Default ****An update****

I decided to sleep in today and catch up on some much needed rest.
so I missed his morning reaction. He came home for lunch and I asked him how he liked the brush. He said "It was a workout this morning trying to lift that thing," with a large smile. I asked him if he also liked using the Mama Bear's soap I had gotten him earlier in the week. He said he likes it more than the William's brand soap he was using before. He also acknowledge that it was much more stiffer than he previous brushes. I explained to him that the knot is an overstuffed knot and it should last a lot longer than all of his previous brushes.

Thanks for the comments guys. I now have to starting thinking about what I'm going to do for Christmas.
