    Default Gotta Love Target

So I was in target and saw this shaving brush and for 9 bucks thought heck I give it a try. I was pleasently surprised it produces a great lather for the cost the box I purchased did not say pure badger but the one in the second pic does.
I simply cant bring myself to spend over 40 for a brush my RAD is bad enough without starting BAD.
The pic with the box is from their website and the one of the brush is what it looks like after one use.
This company also makes a shave cream that is unscented I may have to try that as well. The shave products are marketed to African Americans to prevent shave bumps if the cream is as good as the brush I may end up a repeat customer. Oh the company name to look for online or in Target is Shea Moisture Shave

This is good information for beginners, should be a step up from the VDH at Wal-Mart.

that looks very similar to my aos sampler brush.. which has lost enough hairs to become unusable.. it was a fun brush though.. how large is this one?

I don't know sizes but looking straight on at it, it is a little smaller around than a tennis ball and the bristles from the base are about two inches to the top.

Nice score! My sons got me a Tweezerman for Father's Day, and I am very happy with it. Since I can't justify spending lots of money on brushes either, I may have to stop in and pick one of those up for my 16-year old. Thanks for the tip!

If you can't justify spending a ton on a brush, but want to try a nice silvertip knot at any point, check out thegoldennib.com and get one of their finest grade knots. Then make your own handle, stick it in an old handle, a VDH boar handle, etc...They're around 20 bucks and hold their own against a lot of other silvertips I've tried.
