Thanked: 8New multiple brush/razor stand. Thoughts on brushes....
Shaving Brushes, Men's Wet Shaving, Badger and Boar Bristles Brushes, Razors
I ordered my stand about 3 days ago and received it today. You can customize it when you pick what size forks you get on it. It was 50 bucks shipped to my door form OR to OH. I think it looks great, and it serves its purpose well. Too bad i cant put the straight in it.
Also, i got a new synthetic brush. Its definitely the softest Ive felt so far, but it requires much more pressure to get a lather in the scuttle and on your face. All in all I'm glad i bought it.Last edited by mark77; 12-07-2010 at 01:30 PM.

No, you're in the right section and we don't shun anybody.
Looks like a similar stand I have just mine has 2 positions and has a twist on the shaft. A very functional piece of equipment as is yours. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Hey Mark. Sorry, I missed your post until it got bumped back up to the "new posts" page.
Nice looking stand. Looks like you have room for another brush....
What did you end up with for a cream/soap?

Yes, very nice. I have one stand that holds a DE, and a brush, everytime I grab the brush, (A Simpson PJ2, which I love btw) the DE falls off...What's that in the corner by the scuttle...Is is a lather machine? or a toothpaste dispenser...?
We have assumed control !

New Multiple Brush and Razor Stand
Hello, Mark:
I like that set up and find it not only functional but also pleasing to the eye.
One suggestion, if I may: Replace that cartridge razor with a nice double edge, possibly an Edwin Jagger 89L, and add a third brush to the set up.
Yes, indeed, that would work just fine.
Regards,
Obie
