    Default ? about Moss Scuttle

Is the $40.00 price for the scuttle in Canadian Dollars? Can anyone tell me what the approximate total cost is, including shipping, in U.S. Dollars?

    Ed,

I stand corrected, I believe you are right. I remember now thinking that the shipping was about $25 bucks.

    RT,
Don't start thinking that my memory is all that good. The only reason I remember the price is because I just placed the order a couple of days ago. LOL

Let me know how you all like them. I'm still wondering if it'll be an improvement over my stainless steel bowl which heats well, but cools fast too.

    X,

I like my scuttle, but I'm still reaching for my stainless steel mixing bowl...

I like my moss scuttle a lot. One trick I use is I mix up my lather, then I let my brush sit in the scuttle (with the bristles splayed out) for a few minutes while I finish prepping. I find that the heat transfers to the lather very quickly and I get hot lather on every pass.

X, I love it. I didn't think there was a way to make the experience better, but then I broke down and picked up a moss scuttle. I wish I would have picked this thing up in winter as I'm not appreciating as much in summer. If you're a guy who likes warm shaving cream, there is no substitute baring a lather machine.
