JSott, you could always break the flower holder thing by "accident". Always a classic move.

Rich, I know I have no hope with the closet, but I can always dream.

this is what i do. i have a few cream samples, but only one kind of soap. i just keep it in the same dish i use to lather. also, i don't put covers on any of the soaps i've had and i can't say i've ever noticed any deleterious effects.

man, now i see why i stay single! lol, i got the whole bathroom do do as i please with. now, i do have a roommate who uses it, but its my place, so he just keeps some essentials there. plus he aint the razor n soaps type. ive got a sweet pedistal sink i salvaged from a remodel job, made in 1925, that im gonna find a way to put in the bathroom. well, its sweet from my point of view, i dont think anyones signifigant other would let it in their house, haha. id really love to redo the whole bathroom to early 1900s, like when the house was built, but i dont own the building....... yet.

Here is my soap storage solution:

I find that this Ziploc container is perfect for must about any soap

One container, one soap. This is HoneyBee's Lavender.

Not a "perfect" fit, but one use and it will be "locked down".

Glue the label from the soap onto the lid...

    Continued in next post...

As you can see...I've done this before!

Maybe not as cool looking, but definitely much neater than this!

And at some point...room does become an issue!

    RT,
Which one of those 10 brushes is your go-to brush? Why?

    Inquiring minds want to know,

I'd like to standardize on one set of containers as well.

It seems to me that you could afford more soaps if you bought the refills instead of the the soap-in-a-fancy-bowl and used your own containers.

But you have to know what the soap sizes are first.

Here is what I know so far:

Trumper's is 3.25" in diam. and 1.25" high.

What about the others ( Floris, DRHarris, L'Occitane, T&H etc.)
