Not being the biggest fan of badger brushes, I've decided to give it another whirl. So, before emptying my wallet on a Simpson's chubby. I've ordered a couple of Frank's. A finest with 24mm knot and 55 loft and a Silvertip with a 28mm knot and 53mm loft. Anyone have any experiences with these two sizes? How do the Frank's knots compare to the more popular higher end brushes? How do the Frank's knots compare to TGN knots? The cost was so affordable, it just seemed like a better option to buy a frank's than to buy the knots and set them myself in handles.
