Are you storing your brushes with the hairs pointing up, or down? If you store them standing on their base (hair pointing up) I would think the water could eventually work to loosen some of the hairs from the knot. I made a quick and dirty little brush hanger that I've been using for about 2 years out of a clothes hanger. It's not pretty, but I've not seen a single hair come out of my brush over those 2 years.

after shaving leave it in brush stand until second day or if I am not used it for a next shaving I leave it at least 24 hours

What brush is it? My Frank Shaving badger brush shed a few hairs the first week or two and now it sheds a hair once every couple weeks. My first Omega Boar brush sheds hairs like a dead monkey. 1-2 per shave (and it's stored in a brush holder). My Omega 10048 ("The Professional") hasn't shed a single hair in it's 4 months of use.

The Simpsons should have good knots. Are you getting the water super hot or using lots of pressure while lathering? The heat can degrade the glue and a lot of pressure can break hairs.
