I too had a great experience! I bought a Straight razor from them and even though I was told it was "Shave Ready" it wasn't so I sent it to Lynn for honing and he reported that it had excessive spine wear from either bad honing or bad grinding, but he is fixing it.

I called AOS customer service, and told them what happened, they offered to let me return the razor for a replacement, and when I explained I had already paid to get it honed they issued me a check to cover the cost of honing!

A class act, I will most def continue to shop there...customer service is top notch IMHO!!

    That's +1 for that store !
Customer care attitude like this always attracts new customers.

A member of our forum bought a Edwin Jagger badger brush, immediately start to loose bristles
After many mails to the (famous) english store nothing happened
I don't mention the name of the store because i don't have permission from the member.
