Thanked: 0Cleaning brushes???
I have heard people say that you should soak and clean your brushes. But haven't heard how too! Can you let me know what you use to clean them and how often you do? I have 3 badger brushes and one silver tip. Thanks!!

Buy some of this stuff, works great and made for natural and synthetic brushes.

If you take the time to thoroughly rinse your brush after use you won't have to clean with any soap. It's only when you don't and the soap and residue starts to build up that you have issues. The only caveat to that is if you have water quality issues and then the minerals and soap can build up and it's almost impossible to rinse out and then at some point you need to give it a good shampooing.
A brush is after-all hair so pretty much anything you use on your hair you can use on the brush no matter if it's badger or boar or horse. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 0Thanks guys. I asked a good one this time!!! I don't have any build up on the brushes at all. I'm going to just keep doing what I have been.....rinse off very well and hang dry it. I alternate brushes with razors everyday so the drying part won't be an issue. Thanks agin for all the help!!!!
