I just checked out the Rodney Neep site and I am impressed. He produces some very unique and beautiful brushes. My poor poor wallet!

Maybe it's just me but the first site's knots seem a little deep ? And the second a little tall. Nice brush handles on both but I wonder about the loft. Ahhhhhh I resisted :<0)

Also check out Rudy Vey at Ultimate Pen Designs and Bob Quinn at Elite Razor. They both make awesome custom brushes with knots from The Golden Nib, Wet Shaving Products, and Shavemac. If you go over to Badger and Blade, and The Shave Nook, you'll find many threads with pictures of their work.
