I've been known to make a handle or two. PM me.

Is the screw on the bottom for adjusting the loft?

maybe a chipmunk would be easier... I have "crafted" a handle out of a chunk of firewood , I am doing some final sanding before I oil it. its an "ergonomic" design

You could use some 32mm electrical conduit, it comes in grey or orange, or even comms which is white.

    So here was my process...
found a piece of firewood, chopped it into a square, shaped it with a saw, drilled the hole and let it spin on the drill while holding sand paper of different grits until I didnt have anymore patience. found some oil oil I used on my deck, and some marine contact glue set the knot...not square, not a circle...definitely not fancy but it turned out OK looking.. Will give it a try tomorrow.

Are you on crack. That looks awesome. The wood figuring is really cool.

Thank you but I see a lot of true craftsmen here and I was a powerdrill away from "bushcraft". I still have one more knot I think I will try something more traditional next time.
