    I've bought horse hair knots from PC WoodCraft. Good knots no issues. Didn't by any badger though, I'm sure they're decent too.

    Never even heard of PCW before nor can I see anything about it on a google search...I'd stick with TGN if it were me.

    That raises an interesting question. Does anyone here think it would be possible to put a wood handle on a DE? Has someone done it before?
    It would certainly make for a kick-ass set.

    I'm sure someone has put wood on a DE, I'll have to ask the man who made this one:

    The golden nib has DE heads that you could make a custom handle for. But, ya, I guess all you'd have to do is tap the wood handle correctly to the threads on a 3 piece DE.
