    Default Briar burl shaving brush.

Finished this up today, a TGN 22mm best badger in a longish Briar burl handle. The handle was oiled, shallecked, waxed and buffed. I kept the design of the handle very basic, so the burl grain is the first thing you see.

It definitely needs an oil or something to bring out that grain. I did a cosmetic brush with the same Briar, finished with just friction polish (shallec) and I wasn't happy with the depth of grain that came up. The oil makes the magic happen. Here I'll post it.

That's a beautiful brush - I'm a sucker for the old barbershop shape - would you care to make one for me let's say 26mm?

I love briar, I need to find me a piece to turn. A Tobacco pipe needs incorporated into the handle for the 4 S's : sh%^&, Shower, Shave and a smoke - Drill a bowl in the bottom :P
