I have found out, the older you get the less house you need, but more buildings for storage, and shops!!

Yep, when she plays the grandkid card it is either her way or the highway. After 41 years I no longer seek a new road.

35 yrs here,just do what I am told.the G.F cuts me some slack tho

I just sold my house, and spent 4 days moving stuff out. I get to move from a 22x22 shop (just built 2 yrs. ago) to a 12x14 shop The up side to this, none of my kids toys will fit in this shop mine all mine!
Down side again - when I open the door to this "smaller" shop I have to dive in the direction of whatever I want get to...........A purge is needed

Pretty easy move this time.just a few blks away,I purged big time when we moved two yrs ago,had to get rid of my Oliver tablesaw,the bridgeport mill and my brown&sharp surface grinder( plus all my phase converters,maybe about 10,000 lbs of stuff,or more.
