Moving sux....not having a shop sux even worse.
I am not looking for a house anymore. I want a 2 bedroom shop with 1 1/2 baths.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

My wife was looking at taking a job in the southern part of the province. while she was there negotiating a contract she was looking at houses. She messaged and said she had looked at a nice 1200 square foot house on an acre and a half. I said how big is the shop?
