Being that you were on the acrylic path for a while it's nice to see that you haven't lost that magic touch with wood. That's one heck of a beautiful brush. A+ on that one!

Thanked: 2284Sorry I missed this Mike. Ya, the slash marks I put in with a hand saw and then sand a bit to get rid of the fuzz. They just help the epoxy hold on better.
Yes, that is epoxy under the stach tape. I actually put the tape on the inside as well. The Jarrah burl has many voids and some went right through the outer wall. I also used a piece of paper towel on the outside to hold all the epoxy in place and then wrapped it with tape.It can be a pain if you don't wrap it with something cause gravity just drains it all out.Burls, Girls, and all things that Swirl....
