By now you probably have figured out that when you are sanding at a high rate of speed the acrylic will get hot in a spot and wad up. Especially in the hard to get to areas like corners or edges of radius's. Mothers makes it and it comes in a tall bottle and is very fluid. Just an FYI that I found that works well. Thanks Ray - I'll try that next time. I did sand with micro mesh wet. I had a tin of water at the lathe and kept the pads wet. Did make a mess though!
