Very nice. I too have not herd about this material. And i like the idea on the razor stand. I had tried a couple things along the same idea, but was never happy with them.

Well done! I've been considering ultem for some time now, it's good to see someone has actually used it.

I always thought it would be cost prohibitive, as well as obviously unnecessary due to the intended purpose of the material, but I guess the same could be said about brushes made of bronze, copper, titanium, etc, yet there is definitely a market for these items.. Interesting times for wet shaving indeed.

Cost prohibited indeed but I was lucky enough to have a great friend who gave me the cutoffs of his project! Fun material to work with! Funny smelling as the lathe cuts it lol!

If you ever consider doing this again, I'd love to speak to you. I'm a bit overwhelmed with my upcoming brush projects right now, but once I get all that sorted out I will hit you up, with your permission of course. You can check me out on Instagram, if you use the platform.

The brushes are fantastic. I love the classic look and the amber color, and I'm also a boar lover. Congratulations on a job well done.
