As it is NAIDOC week (indigenous week) here in oz there are likely to be a few dugongs made extinct however the bones will not be fosilised, I also anticipate a surfeit of turtle shell and roo leather.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

Thanked: 1185Huh? What? Sea Cows (Manatees) are most assuredly not extinct but their bones would make neat scales and brushes.
I've seen them and swam with them at Crystal River on many occassions (really cool!)
