My thought exactly....I have been able to reproduce one but it is nowhere as good as the originals. And I have to pay dearly for it!

Just to give you an idea here's my brush I ordered this one from Bill Jack quite sometime ago I ask for a slightly larger than a Chubby 1 but not as large as a Chubby 2, so here we have a Chubby 1.5 in Lignum Vitae with matching bowl a 26mm two band knot with a 48 mm loft, with a Sterling silver inlay with my initial J.M.

    Jamie.

Okay lemme git this straight... You take a pic of a chubby so you know what it looks like,,,,,If you measure it ,it should be 30mm round and 60mm long. (sounds kind of short but okay) Then you crank out some purple heart which takes about 10 minutes and put a silver tip on it. And when it's all made it's what, 100mm long ?

By the way.... what's so funny ?

Pix, you should really think about, a how to DVD. I'm sure I could learn a lot watching you work.

If you did, I'd buy one.
