That stone looks awfully well preserved for something that is supposed to have lain in wind and weather for half a century.

Yes, there really was such a person. I checked it out on ancestory.com and there is a match found in Berlin, Maryland. don't think i can give the link because it requites a membership to use. you'll just have to trust me. if i find out anymore i'll share it. My son's the genealogy expert.

my son uses it a lot, he finds it very helpful. the more info you have on the person the easier it is to find the one your looking for. you can really make a neat family tree once you get the hang of it.
