I take it you must be a DDS or DMD. Ouch that hurts when you loose $1500 dollars of equipment.
I only lost the 6 hours woth of time it took to clean the glass wear.

Neither. I ran a gene targeting lab and instruments were for surgical implantation of embryos into mice.
I suppose I should add a quip, if only a slight one...
Part of my work involved vasectomizing mice. I contacted the hospital's facility that cleans and sterilizes surgical supplies because I was told that they routinely disposed of cautery wands after a single use. I asked them if it would be possible for me to get some of them to use for research purposes for my mice. I summarily was told that they could not release the wands even for research purposes. However, the guy did follow up and asked me why did I need them anyway? When I told him it was for vasectomizing mice, he immediately asked "how many do you want?"
I think the guy thought I was doing some sort of mouse population control effort!
A twofer..
The wages of sin are high but you get your money's worth.
Tonight you will pay the wages of sin. Don't forget to leave a tip.

The fact that Jellyfish have survived for 650 million years despite the fact of not having brains brings hope to many people.
is that good or bad?
How do you know when fish has gone bad?.....does it start smelling good?
