Well, these are the 20-30-year-old folks that are the linchpin of the ACA... naive or lazy enough to not care or not see that they're getting screwed by the system. Brilliant strategy, if you think about it. Though, I wonder if their parents will call the President to complain about the exorbitant prices the kids will be paying...
Personally, I'm 31 and have been working since I was 17. Before that, I earned my money by working for my grandfather on his farm or around his house doing chores (mowing, cleaning, bush hogging, fixing fences, etc.) starting around age 7. He knew how important it was for me to learn a good work ethic, and I'm now a better man for it.
*Edit: One more thought... everyone always talks about the kid's sense of entitlement. I wonder how much of that same sense the parents have...
