my brother has his own rather succesfull company and he stands by the same Moto as Rezdog,
And I quote his words "If the kids parent rings or comes in & asked about work, I throw the name or application in the bin"
because if the kid doesn't even bother to ring up or come in & apply themself in person they aren't going to be motivated enough to work
