Here is an abbreviated version of something I wrote when I couldn't sleep:
INSOMNIA
insomnia is not a thief of sleep,
it is more of a prison that traps the sleep within,
it is always there,
taunting you,
tantalizing you,
but just out of reach,
inaccessible,
insomnia is a bastard.

Causing pain is easier than gaining forgiveness from those you have hurt. Think before you speak. Am atheist but some things ring true. "Treat others as you would have them treat you".

In the Beginning -

In the beginning
Good always overpowered the evils
Of all man's sins...

And our cities fell to slums
While evil stood strong

I've often said......there are gators and gazelles at this watering hole of life, which one are you ? It's not so much a saying as it is a philosophy. Gators are ever watchful and keep their distance from trouble . Gazelles happily follow the herd and think all is peachy till........SNAP !
