    Glen,

My best thoughts, wishes and prayers are with you and your family. And best of luck also in working things out with the family regarding the housing situation.

    Glen,

Sorry for your loss and housing troubles. Let me relate a story to you in relation to the house. My MIL and FIL lived with her mother, who was a widow and took care of her for many years. During the course of the years the mother wanted to sign the house over to her daughter, my MIL, well she resisted figuring her siblings would do the right thing. Well after the mother passed on all the siblings, who mind you, all had houses of their own swooped down to get their cut of the pie. My inlaws were forced to move out and get an apartment to live in after the house was sold. People are generally F#@ed up. I have come to the conclusion that if you expect relatives to do the right thing forget about it. Oh well I hope yours see the light.
